Pudo Smart Locker Shipping Information

Pudo is a smart locker system designed to allow South Africans to send and receive parcels around the country. Pudo stands for Pick Up, Drop Off.

Simply choose your closest Pudo Locker and let them take care of the rest.

Pudo Shipping is available from R60 countrywide, including outlying areas. Visit the Pudo Website by clicking on the following link https://www.pudo.co.za/where-to-find-us.php . Here you can search for your closest Locker, then you can simply fill these details in the information box on check-out.
 

When can I pick up my order?

When your package arrives at a Pudo locker, you will receive a text message and an e-mail with a unique PIN and QR code. You can use either one of these at the Pudo locker to make your collection.

What happens if I don’t pick it up?                     

From the moment you receive the notification stating your package has arrived at one of the Pudo lockers, you will have 36 hours to pick up your package.

If you don’t pick up your package within the deadline, it will be sent to the closest Pudo Kiosk/Depot.

You can also ask to resend your package to a Pudo locker nearest to you or an alternative address at an additional cost.

How can I track my package?

You can track your package using the Courier guy tracking website or click on the following link https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track 

Can I return a package?

Yes, if you need to return a parcel to us use the following address: 4 Umkomaas Str, Paulshof, Sandton, 2191. Just make a normal booking through the app or website and use a Pudo locker to drop the package off.

Is it safe to send and receive packages via a pudo locker?

Perfectly safe. Pudo lockers are located in monitored areas and have multiple security systems such as video surveillance, anti-break locks and a package detection system.
